About Our Founder

Meet Lisa Graham, a highly experienced and passionate healthcare professional who brings over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 20 years as a Certified Diabetes Educator to her role as President of Renew and Live and Lead Educator. Before founding her company, Lisa served as the Coordinator of Northside Hospitals Diabetes and Nutrition Education Program. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern California (USC) and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Integrative Health and Wellness.

Lisa's expertise lies in teaching diabetes education and empowering her clients to develop new habits and improve old ones. She approaches her work with a heart for service and enjoys embarking on new life journeys with her clients. Lisa is committed to helping her clients renew their minds and live their best lives through healthy and flexible approaches to managing diabetes.
